Yeah for your 2 year blogiversary!!! You already know how much you have changed what (and how) I cook! With $60, I would probably get a popcorn popper (yes, for the classroom) and use the rest towards a grill pan... either the Caphalon or All Clad (for ME)! I may change my mind but definitely something for my kitchen and not my classroom :-)

Just TODAY I didn't have time to make food, but had some leftover tofu from last night. Quickly ran over to check your blog for a nice recipe - and came across your "Cold Tofu with Cilantro, Scallions, and Soy Sesame Sauce".
I didn't have any cilantro, unfortunately, but made it anyways - ugh! SO SIMPLE, but SO REFRESHING AND DEEEELICIOUS! It came nicely with the leftover samgyubsal we had!
I would get a smaller covered saute pan (have a big one but is sometimes too big) or a larger saucepan (have two smaller ones and a big stockpot and need something in between).

Last week we had your roasted broccoli bacon pasta twice, once with broccoli and the second time with squash. My husband's all-time favorite so far is the Asian fish tacos. The recipe I've been craving every night since I made it for the first time is the mochi cake, of course!

Recently, I made honey soy stir fried chicken with roasted garlic broccoli. The roasted broccoli was a big hit! Oh yeah... and of course mochi cake!

I would definitely buy a set of pots and pans! About half of my pots and pans were hand-me-downs from my parents when I went to college, and they date from the 70s. They smell of burnt plastic when I use them. It's unsightly. So, new pans it would be!
