I'm not a great gluten-free baker - have you looked at this blog for additional support?

http://glutenfreegirl.com/Joanne Choihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03378851870526242783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6747618293350122712.post-64605872093916676172011-12-01T22:53:55.997-08:002011-12-01T22:53:55.997-08:00Do you think I could replace the flour with a glut...Do you think I could replace the flour with a gluten-free version? Delicious! They're so fluffy!

I substituted the cinnamon for 1/2 tsp nutmeg to give them extra donut-y flavor. The banana flavor is not that prounounced, and just very subtle. I'm not an experienced enough vegan baker to know what other fruit to substitute that has binding properties, but you could use an egg substitute (if you want it to be vegan) or even one whole egg.Joanne Choihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03378851870526242783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6747618293350122712.post-76868442618535818072010-08-07T01:54:56.272-07:002010-08-07T01:54:56.272-07:00Ellerinize sağlık. I he...You are such a great writer and storyteller.
I heard boys are a bit late in their potty training so don't beat yourself too hard. I'm glad you let it go and I'm sure it will happen soon. I'm dreading the PT for my second daughter when we'll begin at the end of the year. I think with my first it was few months long process. I just remember having to clean up a lot of 'accidents' on our hardwood floor. LOL!

I'm eager to try your Doffins. I bought two bunches of bananas today at Costco cause I know I'll be baking your Vegan goodies next week. Can't wait for them to ripe so I can try this.
Thanks for motivating me to cook more for my kids and family. :-)jcrewphdhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08024534767917425350noreply@blogger.com
