I served these with brown rice instead of on buns. The oldest and youngest had theirs with cheese melted on top whereas the middle child had bite sized ones w/o the melted cheese. I chose not to top the burger with the marinara sauce but maybe I should have as the oldest asked for a side of bbq sauce and the youngest asked for a side of ketchup! My middle child doesn't like sauce.
